Made entirely of stainless steel, it has three separate chambers with taps for draining water and separate temperature controls. Thanks to this solution, you can prepare dishes with different flavors at the same time and use one compartment for cooking and the other at a different temperature to heat ready-made dishes.
The baskets are made of a steel mesh with fine meshes that allow you to cook very fine and thin spaghetti, tortellini or tagliatelle pasta.
