The HENDI perforated pizza sheet is suitable for use in professional restaurant kitchens, canteens and hotels serving pizza. Made of carbon steel coated with iron oxide, it provides excellent protection against corrosion. Special perforation of the tray (3 mm diameter holes) guarantees even baking. A sheet with a diameter of 26 cm will withstand temperatures up to420 ºC. Suitable for use in the oven. Not suitable for use in a microwave oven or dishwasher.
