10062634The MSW brand plastering unit will allow you to effortlessly apply water-based plaster based on gypsum, lime or cement to the wall. The rotor in the device ensures the perfect consistency, which is applied to the wall at a working pressure of up to 20 bar. This way, the mortar will stay on the vertical surface and create an even layer that just needs to be smoothed. Operating the plastering machine is extremely easy and will provide maximum freedom of movement. Connect it to the compressor and set the input pressure using an air reducer.
The direction of rotation and the speed of the rotor are determined on a clear control panel depending on the type of material and the amount of water used to obtain mass. The device will achieve the best results with material with a grain size of up to 6 mm. The dressing hose is 7.5 m long, so you can easily guide the spray gun during application. Depending on the type of mass, select the appropriate nozzle.
Note:An air compressor is required to operate the machine.
Depending on the material, a compressor with a power of 3 to 7.5 HP is recommended. The plaster container has a capacity of 40 liters. This means that even large surfaces can be covered with a plastering unit at a flow rate of 15 l/min without long breaks. The container cover will ensure cleanliness during work.
Thanks to two wheels, you can easily transport the machine to the place of use. The compact dimensions of the unit are ideal for use on scaffolding. This means that it also allows you to reach higher parts of walls. After finishing work, the device should be cleaned using water and the included cleaning balls.
