Questions

What materials is the spray gun designed for?
It is designed for compatible viscous coatings, underbody products, rustproofing waxes and selected water-based paints.
Does the spray gun include an internal container?
Yes. It includes an anodised aluminium internal feed cup designed to support the application of suitable viscous materials.
Is an air compressor included?
No. A compatible regulated air compressor, hose and connectors are required separately.
Can the gun work with a small compressor?
It is designed for relatively low air consumption, but compressor suitability depends on available airflow, operating pressure, tank capacity and duty cycle rather than motor power alone.
What is the recommended operating pressure?
The specified operating range is 0.5–3.5 bar. Begin at a lower pressure and adjust according to the material and required spray pattern.
Can the spray pattern be adjusted?
Yes. The gun provides adjustment of the spray diameter and jet extension for different coating tasks.
Is it suitable for NHOU® rustproofing products?
It is intended for compatible NHOU® and similar viscous corrosion-protection materials. Confirm product compatibility and required nozzle configuration before use.
Is the suction pipe removable?
Yes. The suction pipe can be detached to simplify cleaning and maintenance.
How should the gun be cleaned?
Depressurise the system, empty the cup and clean all material-contact parts immediately using a cleaner approved for the applied coating.

Application Guide

How it goes on

Step 1 of 10

Read the instructions

Review the spray-gun manual and coating manufacturer's directions before assembly or use.

Step 2 of 10

Confirm material compatibility

Verify that the selected coating is suitable for the gun, cup, seals, needle and nozzle.

Step 3 of 10

Prepare the material

Mix or condition the coating according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 4 of 10

Fill the cup

Add an appropriate quantity without exceeding the permitted fill level.

Step 5 of 10

Connect the air supply

Attach a suitable regulated compressor and confirm that all connections are secure.

Step 6 of 10

Set the pressure

Begin at the lowest suitable setting and adjust within the specified operating range.

Step 7 of 10

Test the spray

Use a test panel to adjust material flow, spray diameter and jet extension before treating the final surface.

Step 8 of 10

Apply evenly

Maintain a consistent distance and use smooth, overlapping passes.

Step 9 of 10

Depressurise safely

Disconnect and release stored pressure according to the equipment instructions.

Step 10 of 10

Clean immediately

Disassemble and clean all material-contact components using a cleaner approved for the coating.
