The powerful engine ensures accurate heat distribution inside the machine, thanks to which the beans heat up and crack evenly. The device allows you to produce16 liters of popcorn per hour (approx. 5 - 6 kg/hour). So it is perfect for commercial use. The machine works with two different temperatures, allowing you to prepare salty and sweet delicacies. For sugar popcorn, use a lower temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, and for classic popcorn, a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. To obtain crispy popcorn: use coconut oil because it can withstand temperatures up to 240 degrees Celsius without burning. The pot is covered withTeflonso that the popcorn does not burn. The pot also has a stirrer that rotates at a minimum height above the bottom, mixing the beans inside. The mixing mode is activated by a separate button. The pot has adiameter of 18.5 cm and a depth of 5.8 cm. It is emptied easily using a handy plastic handle. The light pot lid maintains the temperature inside and ensures that when tilted, the finished corn easily spills into the lower chamber of the machine.
