Made of carbon steel coated with iron oxide, it provides excellent protection against corrosion. Special perforation of the tray (3 mm diameter holes) guarantees even baking. A sheet with a diameter of34 cmwill withstand temperatures up to420 ºC. Suitable for use in the oven. Not suitable for use in a microwave oven or dishwasher.
