The HENDI brand perforated pizza sheet is suitable for use in professional restaurant kitchens, canteens and hotels serving pizza. Made of carbon steel coated with iron oxide, it provides excellent protection against corrosion. Special perforation of the tray (3 mm diameter holes) guarantees even baking. A sheet with a diameter of40cmwill withstand temperatures up to420 ºC. Suitable for use in the oven. Not suitable for use in a microwave oven or dishwasher.
