HENDI sponge cake saw is a reliable, precise, hygienic and very durable equipment for correct and accurate longitudinal cutting of sponge cake tops. The saw is intended for cutting sponge cake tops with dimensions 600 x 400 mm and round sponge cake tops with a diameter from ø 5 cm to ø 40 cm. The biscuit saw is made of hygienic anodized aluminum. Its long blade, 57 cm long, is extremely sharp and precise, made of stainless steel. It is the only product on the market certified for contact with food. The saw blade is properly tensioned and mounted on the milled element. It does not bend or rotate. The device is perfectly balanced and stable thanks to non-slip PTFT feet. The sponge cake top can be set in a thickness range from1 cm to 6 cmwith the guarantee that each layer will be cut identically.
