NOVA is a series of small, light and precise knivesfor various applications, in particular for peeling or greasing. The knives were made in Spain. The blades are made of rolled sheet metal made of innovative, martensitic NITRUMreg stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The handles are made of polypropylene. This material is injected directly onto the pin, which increases the durability of the connection. The slightly rough surface of the handles prevents the knives from slipping from your hands. The knives are not suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
