USER MANUAL

(1) Open the top part of the grinder mechanism by turning it counterclockwise, following the lock/unlock markings on the top cover. Insert 6 AAA batteries into the motor, ensuring correct polarity.

(2) Attach the upper part of the motor mechanism to the lower transparent spice container as indicated by the arrows. The two protruding pins on the upper part of the motor must be connected to the contacts on the base—this will cause the indicator light to illuminate while the grinder is in operation.

(3) Reattach the upper mechanism to the clear container and turn it clockwise to close and lock the grinder.

(4) The grinder will work best when filled to a maximum of 80% capacity with pepper or salt. (5) The grinding adjustment knob, located under the base, is used to set

the grind size. Turning it to the right sets a finer grind, while turning it to the left sets a coarser grind. Choose the settings that best suit your needs.

(6) Press the top button to turn on the grinding motor.

(7) If the grinder jams while in operation, gently shake it, as a piece of spice may be stuck in the grinding burrs. Be careful not to let a small stone get mixed in with the spices, as it will certainly damage the ceramic grinding discs, and such complaints will not be honored.
