The HENDI ham stand is an excellent tool for slicing ripening Spanish ham (jamón serrano or iberico). The stand holds the ham stably in place while cutting, making it easier to always obtain uniform, very thin slices. One screw for stable mounting of the ham is located in the ring (ø 80 mm). The ring allows you to rotate the ham, making it easier to access every part of the meat. The handle is movable - it tilts to the right or left side. Maximum distance between mounting screws: approx. 480 mm. The stand is intended for self-assembly (Allen key included).
