High-quality thermostat from the German manufacturer EGO, with an indicator light allows you to check the operation of the heater. The clear control panel will allow you to fully control the operation of the device, and the temperature knob will allow you to adjust it in the range: from 50 deg C to 190 deg C. The drain tap makes it easy to empty the chamber and replace the frying oil without fear of spilling the fat. A 10 liter tank with a V-shaped bottom allows you to fry 1 kg of fries at a time. The device has a "cold zone" system, which allows you to extend the shelf life of the frying oil by using the phenomenon of upward migration of the heat generated by the heater. The oil temperature is lower under the heater, which prevents food residues from burning. The power of the HENDI GOLIATH fryer is responsible for "quick start", thanks to which the device reaches the required temperature within 5 minutes. Resettable thermal fuse provides protection against overheating. The fryer is made of the highest quality 18/0 stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures.
