The Steinberg Systems precision paint thickness gauge is capable of making measurements in the rangefrom 0 to 5000 µm with an accuracy of ±2% + 1 µm. The device is designed to work on bothstraight and curved surfaces. This is due to the V-shaped tip, which provides a minimum measuring area of ​​20 mm, 5 mm for convex surfaces and 25 mm for concave surfaces.

The tester has many functions, including: test mode, measurement method, or measurement unit (μm, mm, mil). The device also allows you to save up to 320 results and, thanks to the mini USB port, save them on your computer. The meter is designed to operateat temperatures ranging from 0 to 50℃ and air humidity of 20-90%.
