To obtain precise edges, the thermal knife will melt the material at the cutting point.
Just set the temperature to one of 16 levels up to 500 degrees Celsius.After a short heating time, the blade can be easily run over materials such as polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polyethylene, polypropylene and other thermoplastics. The thermal knife can also be used in the warehouse to cut or shape polystyrene boards so as to carefully and safely pack the goods into the box.
